Hidden Pleat Curtains

The curtain heading style that hides the curtain rod

Hidden pleat curtains are a popular choice for enhancing the formal look of your living room and study room. As the name suggests, hidden pleat curtains don’t form well-defined pleats when drawn in or closed. But when they are opened, they create soft pleats.

Typically, the top of the curtain is hemmed and tabs (made of leftover or another fabric) are sewn on the back of the hemmed curtain top at equal distances. When hanging these curtains, the curtain rod passes through the tabs, thereby hiding the rod.

This curtain style provides insulation and superior light control. They can be easily operated from both sides.
